YFT in cooperation with Anytime Fitness is proud to present the first ever ‘Youth First Texas Fitness Program‘ to help you stay in shape and live a long and healthy lifestyle. The program is free to all youth! The group meets every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. at the Robert E. Lee Park. [View Map]



10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  Power Walking
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Stretching / Aerobic Exercises

Attire: T-Shirt, Shorts, Tennis Shoes, Towel
Provided: Iced Water, Fruits, Equipment, Mats… MOTIVATION!

During the course of the program we also plan to have nutritionist and dietitians speak to the program attendees on developing a proper eating habit, and discuss techniques on reaching your ideal body goal.
